Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Information

We can ship everywhere in NZ unless location is not accessible by carriers. We Ship at affordable prices to ensure all our customers are happy. Local deliveries are made with in 2-5 working days of purchase applies to in stock items only. All over sized products are delivered by our own trucks or third party carrier. In stock Furniture and over sized items can take 7 to 15 working days to Non Rural addresses in south island and 7 to 20 working days to north island main cities also may take longer in some cases as most of deliveries are done by third party carriers. Rural deliveries may take 5 to 7 working days extra on top of time frames above.

Please Note if you received any damaged Furniture or goods contact us with in 48 hours of receipt and we will contact Shipping company for Claims.

Free Shipping Terms : Please note we offer free shipping in some parts of New Zealand and whole New Zealand is not covered under our free Shipping Promotion. Free Shipping Promotion is not applicable to some products due to complication of shipping those fragile items.

Local Pick up

Customers can Shop online & Select pick up option during checkout. We will email customer with in 24 hours of purchase once order is ready for pick up. Customers can collect their purchases from our Warehouse located in Christchurch open 7 days a week.

customers must bring their order confirmation and provide us order number when you arrive to collect your order.

Warranty info

All New Furniture, rugs, Mirrors & Decor items are covered under 12 Months warranty.

Wood Products Warranty

All Wooden Furniture is covered our minimum 12 months Warranty Program & Warranty covers the significant part of product like Furniture is not usable due to significant damage. Our Warranty will not cover any damage caused intentionally or Damage during Moving or Transporting an Item. Our Warranty Will not cover natural effects on furniture like weather, flood, fire, water or Sunlight.

Are Rugs Covered under Warranty?

yes all the New Rugs are covered under 12 months Warranty. Please note Damaged caused by customer is not covered by Warranty Like damage by Vacuum, Carpet cleaner or Any kind of damage done by customer. Stains from food and drinks are not covered by Warranty. Sun Fade is covered under Warranty. Naturally happening Rip, Damage or defect is covered under our Rug Warranty Program.

Are Clearance Items covered Under Warranty?

No Clearance items are not covered under warranty.

Warranty on Leather Sofas & Furniture?

Yes All Leather furniture is covered under 12 Months Warranty. Any Damage done done by customer is not covered under warranty like Rips, Stains, Physical Damage. General Wear and scratches are not covered in Warranty. As leather is Natural Material and it will show wear after using it and this is just character of genuine leather furniture.

What Items are Not Covered Under Warranty ?

Please note these items are not covered under warranty, Vintage Objects, Vintage or Antique furniture, Antique Doors, Nautical Items & Wood Sculptures.

Refunds & Returns

Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in its original, undamaged condition. If the packaging is too damaged, use a similar-sized box. If the item was delivered disassembled, it should be returned disassembled. If packaging was removed as part of the delivery process, no packaging will be needed. If your returned item is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund. Please note out of City customers are responsible for the return on an item.

Damaged Item Return Policy?

If customer received furniture which has been damaged customer must contact us with in 24 hours of receipt and send us Proof of damage however some abnormalities are not considered damaged like Aged Wood effects, Vintage effects, Teak wood Splits, Small Cracking in solid Wood as these are character of Solid wood Furniture.

How do exchanges work?

We don't offer direct exchanges of items but you can certainly return an item for store credit, and then place a new order for the item you want. We initiate a refund once the item has been received and checked at our warehouse. For store credit, this takes 24 hours from initiation, and 3-5 business days for refunds to the original payment method. You can either order your new item before returning the old one or wait until your refund has been received to place the new order.

Where applicable, your return ship fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

There is 3% Refund Processing fees applies to all refunds.

Is there an extended return policy for holiday purchases?

Yes There may be some exceptions over holidays.

How do I return an item?

Simply email our Store at info@rullen.co.nz with in 24 hours of items arrived and we will wait for the returned item to be shipped back by customer.

You may receive a special offer to accept a discount to keep the item instead of going through the hassle of returning it. This is a special offer just for you and the amount cannot be changed. If you do not wish to accept the discount, you can decline and proceed with setting up a return.

How will I receive my refund?

You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. More details can be found in our Refunds article.
